Did you see this problem before?
when you try to insatll windows live messenger, or MSN messenger
the latest version of MSN messenger.
Or when trying to install windows live writer.
the problem occurs when you have had installed an earlier version of mircrosoft windows,
so you need an update for your windows version
you can make it easily if you have an original copy of widows.
But if you haven't, you would install on of these files manully after downoading it
go accross microsoft website and downoad it from here:
Windows Installer 4.5 Redistributable
for windows xp just download the file called:
WindowsXP-KB942288-v3-x86.exe
it's size is 3.2 MB
